“Nostradamus” is the story of a girl named Shayesteh Nematolahi who notices a small ketchup stain on her shirt. She plans to go to Tehran, but just half an hour before her flight, she decides to refund her ticket. However, fate takes a bizarre turn; the plane she was supposed to board crashes, and people believe she’s the new Nostradamus who predicted this event and thus didn’t take the trip. But the reality is that all these events are just Shayesteh’s whimsical imagination; she never embarked on the journey, and the entire story is a dark comedy of her fantasies and daydreams.
