“The Peach” attends Religion Today
The Religion Today Film Festival celebrates its 25th edition in September
The short film “The Paech” by Mahdi Hoseinkhani is among the selectees of the 25th edition of The Religion Today Film Festival.
Religion Today is a cinematic competition open to feature films, documentaries and short films which explore the various points of view on the existence of the divine according to different religions. Each year dozens of films from all over the world enter the competition, which represents an important international occasion for discussing and sharing techniques, talking about the theory and poetry of current cinematography.
Synopsis: A teenaged boy who is bullied by his classmates, to re-earn his lost identity, does actions that he once refrained from and tries to prove himself through making changes in his behavior.
