IRAN INT. FICTS HOSTS “CYLINDER”
13TH FICTS FEST WILL BE HELD ON July 23–27
The short film Cylinder written and directed by Amir Pazirofteh is in the official selection of Iran International FICTS Festival.
Iran International Sports Film Festival, FICTS festival, as the exclusive representative of the FICTS Sports Federation, is considered the Entry Festival for the Milan world competition. This festival is held to stage a contest between filmmakers and producers, spot young talents, and introduce inspiring figures.
Synopsis: A teenage boy, regardless of his interest and talent in soccer, must obey a father who is obsessed with money. Father prevents his son from going to the football competition by any means. Eventually, after a consistent struggle, the matchday arrived and the boy decided to reach the final match with the help of his friend, in any case.
